Pinterest is the fastest growing social network right now and has over 70 million users worldwide. It is an incredible place to discover new things and create somewhere where you can store everything you love online in one visually beautiful place. And not only that, there is an abundance of lingerie pinners who are just dying to share their latest finds with you.
Many of the world’s lingerie brands and retailers have their own Pinterest profile where they fill their boards, not only with stunning images of their own collections, but also the inspiration behind them. They run competitions and promotions which are exclusive to Pinterest and love getting their customers involved. And, of course, many of the top lingerie bloggers have succumbed to the Pinterest bug and share their experiences and latest finds with their followers.

The Lingerie Addict is quite possibly the world’s most well-known lingerie blogger, therefore it’s no surprise that she has a Pinterest account worth following. Having pinned nearly 24,000 images and links onto her 92 boards, it’s no wonder she has accumulated a whopping 48,407 followers (although not even close to the user with the most followers of 13,555,683 and growing!). As you would expect, the majority of her pins are underwear related, helpfully broken down into boards such as Bras, Knickers and Legwear, but she also has boards which focus on a broader range of interests such as weddings, food and vintage fashion.
Lingerie Fashion Week in New York is the first Fashion Week exclusively created for the intimate apparel industry and debuted in February 2013. If you’re interested in the trends emerging in all things lingerie, and want to know what you should be wearing underneath your clothes in the future, then this is the Pinterest account for you. Their boards are broken down into the different featured designers as well as more general subjects such as Innerwear as Outerwear, Boxers or Briefs and Loungerie.
Lingerie company Eberjey, available, of course, at Fox and Rose, pride themselves on knowing exactly what their brand represents and they focus heavily on this and what influences them on their Pinterest account. Creating boards such as Boho Beautiful, Warm and Cosy and All You Need is Love, as well as showing off their latest ranges, has given them an outlet where they can really bring home to you what they are all about.
Bras and Body Image is a blog about one girl’s perspective on boobs, bodies, self-image and society and her Pinterest boards focus entirely on these areas too. Boards such as Diversity in Lingerie, Body Positivity and Androgynous Lingerie will all get you looking at the relationship between lingerie and your body in a different way.
Marianne Faulkner is the designer behind the Pop Antique brand who produce innovative corsets using sustainable materials and focusing on comfortable curves. As you might expect, her Pinterest boards draw their inspiration from this with a wide range of subjects such as Corsets: Ribbon Corsets, Design: Keyholes And Cutouts and Style: Ostentatiously feminine. But, be warned, she has nearly 160 boards so you maybe there some time!
Lingerie Insight is the leading trade magazine dedicated to the intimate apparel industry in the UK. Their website is the go to place if you’re looking for the latest news in the UK lingerie industry and, of course, their Pinterest account compliments this perfectly.With boards such as Lingerie Insight Features, Latest in Hosiery and Bridal Trends you’ll be able to soak up just about all the lingerie lowdown you can handle.
Sweet Vintage Lingerie is probably the most well-known vintage lingerie blog and their Pinterest account focuses on owner Shelley Rae’s love of all things vintage boudoir. With boards such as Oodles & Oodles of Chiffon, Vintage Lingerie Advertisements and Mad Men you’ll be sure to find plenty of information about all those beautiful items our Grannies wore.
