Just over a week into our official launch, Fox & Rose has been receiving some wonderful feedback from customers, stylists and press alike. We’re delighted you’re enjoying browsing through our launch collections, and in particular using the video to watch how garments sit on the body or work under outwear.
Continuing our focus on the designers we’ve selected, today is the turn of Ell & Cee, Laura Cloke’s quintessentially British brand which we are sure will be a Fox & Rose favourite for years to come.
Lauded by Vogue Italia, The Guardian, Sunday Times Style and Grazia, Ell & Cee lingerie brings a touch of romanticism to everyday dressing and the collection for Autumn Winter is sublime. Black mesh polka dot is the fabric du jour and is used to fashion this season’s must-have buy the Black Magic Bodysuit.
For a more traditional lingerie look the beautiful Black Magic Frill Bra and matching Black Magic Frill Knickers have a charming ruffle detail that lends this set a distinctly feminine note and is set to be a firm favourite for the party season.
The collection that has truly inspired everyone here at Fox & Rose however it is Damask Rose, with its refined use of color and delicate petal detailing. In fact this collection was used in our lifestyle shoot for the Fox & Rose brand with Andrew Woffinden and can be seen on our homepage at the moment.
The Damask Rose Peek-a-boo Knickers delight with their saucy crisscross derriere and are a superb match with either the Damask Rose Underwire Bra or the Damask Rose Soft Bra. A truly eye catching collection which certainly cannot be found on the high street. The Ell & Cee classics also return; the maxi this season is crafted from a heavenly black silk chiffon, the playsuit is fashioned from black sequins which dazzle on the body, and this seasons print is entitled ‘Gypsy Luxe’ seen on the Ell & Cee signature kaftan.
With Christmas just around the corner, the fabrics and designs in Ell & Cee’s delicately floating masterpieces are perfect gifts. Teamed up with signature Fox & Rose packaging the combination makes for an original and memorable present (or treat for yourself). If you’re lucky enough to be jetting off to warmer climes over the chilly winter months, the kaftans are a must for resort lounging. Alternatively team with jeans for a more casual but fashion-led look that is sure to turn heads during the party season.
Launched in 2002, Laura Cloke’s label was shown for the first time at London Fashion Week in February 2007 the brand now has a discerning and incredibly stylish following worldwide, from the UK and France to Australia and Japan.
We adore the collection and we’re sure you will too.
