The Bodysuit and How to Wear It

We at Fox & Rose are loving the bodysuit trend which just keeps gaining momentum season after season. Nevertheless it can sometimes create confusion as to how exactly one should wear. Is it lingerie or is it outerwear? Well the answer is probably a bit of both.

Let’s take Ell & Cees tangerine bodysuit.  This eye catching piece begs to be seen. The strategically placed frill covers the nipple, so if you’re feeling daring……….though we advise you not to pull too many adventurous moves if out in pubic. For a more conservative approach wear under a jacket for a seductive glimpse of shocking orange.

The Ana bodysuit by Lascivious is slightly more sedate yet still endearingly beautiful. It would work fabulously well with a pair of high waist jeans creating a fabulous sleek silhouette.

Whilst some pieces blur the line between outerwear and underwear there are some that belong strictly in the bedroom. The Midori bodysuit by Lascivious will certainly send pulse rates soaring, probably not a look you will want to rock down at your local Waitrose. Cut low at the front and almost non-existent at the back this is an amazingly flattering piece on many different body types. We actually tried it on both our models a size 8 and a size 12 and it worked equally well on both.

Any sartorially stressed bride to be would be well advised to consider Ell & Cee’s absolutely stunning bridal playsuit. A refreshingly sexy and supremely comfortable alternative to the usual bridal looks.

So this seasons bodysuits wrapped up, we hope you to take a leap of faith and try one for yourself. You won’t regret.
